“Connie did whatever was needed!”
“Being my first house sale I wanted someone who had the experience to guide me properly. I also wanted someone who would allow me to respectfully express myself and not use my lack of experience against me. Connie’s resume/experience/demeanor are amazing and I could not have had a better experience! We toured my property and discussed the pros and cons of different listing prices, arriving at something we both liked. She uses a great photographer and she wrote a great listing which was blasted across over 100 other realtors’ websites in 3 different states! She cuts absolutely no corners financially or work related. When it came time for tours, Connie was extremely motivated, setting up various showings, all the while respecting my tenants. Once offers came in, she explained each one. Connie has a tremendous talent of being able to read people and situations, finding out which buyers really wanted my particular property (vs those who were looking at various ones) and which type of financing each offer had. She stood firm, negotiated the multiple offers to create a bidding war and even had them cancel the home inspections. As we approached closing, Connie did whatever needed, working tirelessly with the buyer’s agent, the appraiser and at one point even had a paint roller delivered by Doordash! Connie’s experience, motivation, determination, understanding, and strong backbone made this experience low stress, tremendously successful and even enjoyable! I could write so much more, bottom line………Connie is incredible, she managed and executed the single largest financial transaction thus far in my life and I would recommend her without hesitation.!”

“First and only person I called to help was Connie Doto!”
“Recently I had the need to sell a property in Rowley, MA . The first and only person I called to help me with this was Connie Doto. I first met Connie 20 years ago when my wife and i were in the market to sell our condo and by a house. Luckily for us Connie was our agent. She made us feel like we were her only clients and we eventually found the house we are still in. This time was no different. I’ve had had minimal contact with Connie over the last 20 years but when I saw her for the first meeting at the house we were selling it was like I saw her the day before. Once again she was on top of things and kept us aware of what was happening . We started the process in July and closed before the end of August with what I think was a fair deal. If Connie had not made such an impression 20 years ago i would not have called her for this sale. if you need to buy or sell a home i would recommend Connie be your first and only call!”

Alyson Traficante was the perfect salesperson for us. She was recommended by a family member who had a positive experience when she sold their house. “Make your home-buying experience spectacular and HIRE JUDY COOK!”
Make your home-buying experience spectacular and HIRE JUDY COOK!…Buying my first home in Massachusetts in this market was time-consuming (took 6 months to find a home with open houses every weekend), expensive (high home values and bidding over asking price) and often times discouraging (I was out bid many times on homes that I loved). However, despite the market conditions, working with Judy Cook at Connie Doto Realty Group was the best decision I ever made. From the beginning, Judy took the time to understand what I was looking for, the location I wanted to be in, and my price point. She became just as vested as I was in finding a home for me. She checked in regularly, sent me homes that fit my criteria, and she was always available for an open house or walk through. She was extremely knowledgeable about the market and helped me put in creative and competitive offers while staying within my price range. She was also very honest with me which I greatly appreciated. As I became discouraged that I would never be able to find or afford a home, I started looking at clunkers or homes that were further and further away from my desired community. Judy was quick to steer me away from the homes in disrepair and refocused my priorities to stay close to friends, family, and work. With Judy’s help, I closed on my dream home on July 1st and she was just as excited as I was! I literally could not have imagined a better realtor. She exceeded all my expectations. I can not thank her enough for her expertise and my new home! !

“Connie and her team are the best!”
Connie and her team are the best! Connie helped me in the purchase of my new condo in Salem, NH, even though it was a private sale. She then handled the listing of my old condo in Medford, MA, which sold in 3 days! Connie coordinated minor repairs, new smoke alarm installation, and all inspections at my old condo, so that I hardly had to be present for anything, which was extremely helpful since I was very busy settling into my new place. I will definitely recommend Connie to anyone I know that needs a realtor. Thanks again for all your help, Connie!!!

Working with Alyson was an amazing experience. She gives you the white glove service from start to finish. Not only that, her organization and attention to detail allows her to control and anticipate any issue that may arise, giving you the peace of mind that you are in the right hands. My only worry during the whole process was to make sure that I showed up on time to get the keys!! I would recommend Alyson a thousand times over if you want a stress free house buying experience. “Alyson was again a rock star for us!”
Alyson was again a rock star for us. She has helped us buy 2 homes in less than two years, while also helping us sell a home in that time. She kept us in the know when needed, while also making sure not to wear us out with unneeded details. Her straightforward style has always made us trust her opinions. We will partner with her again, but hopefully not in the too near future as 3 transactions in less than 2 years is enough!
Nicole Mallette

“I can’t recommend Alyson highly enough!”
I can’t recommend Alyson highly enough. I was looking to hire an agent to help find a great tenant for my rental property, nearly all the agents I spoke to reacted to my listing as something they couldn’t really be bothered with. I was told “rentals take too much time.” When I spoke to Alyson, I knew right away I wanted to hire her, she treated my listing as her priority, I bugged her with lots of questions–she was always very responsive and so helpful. She listens, works very hard, and did such a wonderful job finding wonderful, clean, and quiet tenants. I wish more agents were like Alyson!
Monica Sulkowski

“Highly recommend Connie Doto & Alyson Traficante!”
I can’t say enough good things about Connie Doto. We worked with Alyson on both a home sale and home purchase simultaneously, and she was absolutely INCREDIBLE. She was both attentive to our needs and responsive to our questions when we needed her to be. Selling a home in conjunction with purchasing a new home was a stressful process, but Alyson took on a lot of the hard work and engaged/connected us with a lot of her partners (lawyers, brokers, title agencies, etc.) so that we didn’t have to worry about anything. Our home purchase ended up being trickier than we thought it would be, but Alyson truly advocated for us and went to bat for us when we needed her to and we’re so grateful for her (and the Christine Bernardini with Touchstone Closing!) for going above and beyond. Whether you’re buying a home for the first time or the tenth, I highly recommend Connie Doto and Alyson Traficante.
Emily Barrett

“I will always recommend Judy to our friends & relatives looking for a house or condo!”
“My girlfriend and I started our journey of house hunting with Kathleen Cruz. She was phenomenal and stuck with us for 3 months during our search, but she had other personal responsibilities so we began to work with another realtor, Judy Cook. The first time meeting Judy at the first place she showed us, we worked together, the 3 of us, to put in an offer on a condo, and 2 days later, we received a call from Judy saying our offer was accepted! We cannot believe how lucky we are to have had this opportunity with Judy to be able to find our first condo. It’s also unbelievable that the first condo Judy showed us, our offer was accepted! I will always recommend Judy to our friends and relatives that are looking for a house or condo!”

“Alyson is a well-versed & well-connected realtor!”
“Alyson is a well-versed & well-connected realtor. My husband and I shopped around for realtors and we found that Alyson was the most knowledgeable and made herself available to us. Even though she’s one of the top sellers in the state, I literally felt like we were her only clients. She really took her time with us to explain every question. Alyson has also worked with other family members and they have nothing but good things to say. Also, she adapts to every client’s needs, for instance, communication needs (we mostly communicated via text & email because we prefer that, but my aunt mostly communicates with her in person or via phone calls). Another reason why we are glad we went with Alyson is that she is also well connected and referred us to the people we need to make the home purchase happen smoothly: a trustworthy lawyer who looked into the property easement to ensure it wouldn’t affect us negatively ; a transparent-efficient lender that’s not going to stall with the paperwork, that will explain everything to you clearly & that won’t change prices on you last minute. These two are key. (I’ve heard really bad stories about properties with easements from a cousin experiencing legal issues with a neighbor. I’ve also heard stories about lenders that don’t come thru with paperwork on time, causing postponement of the closing date or the deal to fall thru completely.) Post-sale, Alyson referred us to a lot of people to help us service our home (Hvac & heating system, locksmith, roof installers, floor installers, etc). So far, the service providers we’ve called have offered really good prices. Not too long ago, we moved from Europe, where the process is completely different. We initially felt lost and ill-equipped to understand the home-purchase process and clueless as to how to maintain a house. We now feel prepared!”
Ani Valdez

“Alyson went above and beyond!”
“I worked with Alyson for my purchase transaction. As a first time home buyer she made the process as easy as possible for me. There were ALOT of bumps in the road throughout the process, as it was a new condo conversation which I’ve learned can be tricky. But Alyson assured me every step of the way everything would be ok. She mad sure every i was dotted and t was crossed. Was extremely informative in explaining something I didn’t understand. In this current market, you need a realty who is on top of everything from the very beginning to the very end and she delivered!! She was also helpful recommending local companies such as painting, oil service, tree service etc. I can assure you she would not recommend anyone she wouldn’t use herself and I’ve had great experience with all recommendations. Couldn’t have asked for a better agent, she went above and beyond!! Highly recommend Alyson for your real estate needs!”

Alyson was so helpful through the entire process and was really dedicated to finding us the perfect house that met all our desires and needs. She always went above and beyond for us, especially when we were faced with some challenges (like stubborn sellers, and even a failed septic system). Alyson was very attentive, direct, and responsive. We could reach out to her with questions at any time of day and she always got back to us quickly. She even helped us get a credit off our closing cost and a whole new septic system upgrade! I couldn’t be happier with our experience.”

“I found her to be friendly, cordial and professional, and I will recommend her whenever I have an opportunity…”
During the time that Connie Doto was the agent that I chose to sell my house, she notified me each time she had a chance to show the house, and always reported back to me the results of each showing. I met with Connie several times prior to the time the house was sold , and she gave me advice on if and when we should consider changing the price, and I always relied on her extensive real estate experience to guide me. Connie always returned calls promptly if she was not available at the time I called. Connie advertised my home in the local newspaper every week til it was sold, as per her promise to me. She informed me of all the details of the closing when that time came, and helped me with various tasks that I had questions about. During my experience of having Connie as my agent, I found her to be friendly, cordial and professional, and I will recommend her whenever I have an opportunity.

“Alyson helped me find a great condo/townhouse that I truly love and call home now!”
Alyson and I met back in late 2019 and I was relocating to Mass from Georgia. We started looking at rentals and she was very knowledgeable about the rental process and introduced so many benefits to looking at buying vs renting with of course if that was my choice as she is very supportive of your decisions. Alyson took me to several properties and she is the best realtor I’ve ever had, not only is she knowledgeable of the real estate market but very personable and truly cares about her clients. She also is a wonderful resource for providing referrals which was a huge help especially for me being new to the area. Alyson helped me find a great condo/townhouse that I truly love and call home now! “We have been overwhelmed with her care and thoughtfulness to our needs!”
“From the day that Alyson listed our property to the day we moved into our new apartment, we have been overwhelmed with her care and thoughtfulness to our needs. Not only did she sell our condo the first day of showing, but helped us find a new place to live, which we love. She was in constant contact with us as to what was happening, and dedicated herself to overcoming some obstacles to the sale of our condo, not of our doing, and kept at it until the sale was finalized and signed, and we were ensconced in our new home. We highly recommend Alyson Traficante from Connie Doto Realty in Methuen. Thank, you Alyson, for all your attention in making us happy. You won’t be disappointed either!”

“Beverly Borrelli did a great job of educating us and keeping us motivated!”
As a first time home buyer, I couldn’t recommend working with Connie Doto’s Group more. My girlfriend and I worked with Beverly Borrelli, and she did a great job of educating us and keeping us motivated. She was fun to work with, and had patience with us as we figured out exactly what we wanted in a purchase. We wanted something very specific, and she delivered, helping us greatly in negotiating an offer in a very difficult housing market. We are thankful to have worked with Beverly, and would recommend working with her to anyone, regardless of if you are searching for your first home, or your 20th.”

“Connie went above and beyond!”
If you are looking for someone who will work for you, I highly recommend Connie Doto. She has a listing(a beautiful home on Nelson Shore Road, Lakeville, MA) The house she has listed has an attached guest house and I was grasping at anything to find a rental after selling my home(through another realtor mind you!) without hesitation, Connie reached out to the homeowner and found out that the guest house was occupied, but she didn’t stop there. She recommended me for another place on the pond that isn’t even being rented out. I’ll be moving in next weekend! I felt compelled to write this post because Connie and I had never met and she went above and beyond to help me, not expecting anything in return. Now that’s someone I want working for me! Thank you again Connie, I truly appreciate everything!

“Just a week later we were in a house that we fell in love with…”
As a first time home buyer, I experienced the same feelings as anyone else in that position does. It can become a very stressful and painfully long should you not have a good experience. I was fortunate to have a great one. I was referred to Connie Doto from my brother and after a brief meeting with her to discuss what our needs and wants were, we were on our way! Just a week later we were in a house that we fell in love with! As many people do, we ran into a few bumps in the road but Connie was right next to us every step of the way. She answered any and all questions that we had and made us very comfortable with anything we were unsure about. Although Connie is a very professional business woman, she has a passion for what she does. This comes out with every client that she works with. All in all I couldn’t have been happier with the experience I had with Connie Doto. She has unknowingly helped my Fiance and I start a happy life together and I can not thank her enough for that.

There is no substitute for experience! We initially started our home sale with a different agent, and while the agent was working hard and showing the property, it was not selling. Nancy Beohner“You are unlike other realtors
“looking for the sale”!
My gratitude to your expertise!…”Judy Speight,
I want to thank you very much for your assistance in finding us a new home. I am not sure if I have expressed my
thankfulness to you but Tuesday night I saw that you really do care for people. You are unlike other realtors
“looking for the sale”!
My gratitude to your expertise is, even though as much as I thought Main St would have been nice for us,
you noticed a few things and gave more information than we were getting in answers. The fact that they didn’t have the
seller’s disclosure was a bit frustrating and I believe that was a sign that we were not being told everything.
My heartfelt thanks go to you for helping us in our decision. I also appreciate you dealing with my brain injury and all of our questions.
I wish I had YOU as an agent when I actually bought this house we are in currently! I bet we could have done better, but that is
hindsight and just stating you are a quality agent. Thank you.
Brian“Judy took care of every detail from listing to closing!…”

My house sold quickly and Judy took care of every detail from listing to closing. I would highly recommend Judy to anyone who is interested in buying or selling their home. Bob Corcoran“From beginning to end, we were treated with the utmost respect and honesty!…”
The Connie Doto Realty Group did a wonderful job getting us into our dream home. We would recommend this great group to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. From beginning to end, we were treated with the utmost respect and honesty. Connie and her group were always available to take calls and no question was ever silly. When we thought things weren’t going to work for us, Connie worked her magic and made it work! She literally was available 24 hours a day. There were nights of anxiety in which we would speak at 10:30 p.m. We were treated more like family then clients, which is extremely important when making the biggest investment of your life. No one should make a move without them!
Heather and David Thompson“We found Connie Doto Realty Group to be very professional and knowledgeable!…”
My brother and I are very pleased we made the “move” to Connie Doto Realty Group when we had the emotional task of selling our childhood home full of happy memories. Connie and her staff helped to make the transition easier by understanding our concerns. Connie was always ready to answer any questions, no matter how minute they seemed to us, and was always accessible by phone if she wasn’t in the office. Even though the house was vacant we were always notified of a showing and Connie would report back to us any comments the prospective buyers would make during the showing. Everyone on Connie’s staff is helpful and cheerful, from her administrative assistants, Star and Krysten, to her realtors. We found Connie Doto Realty Group to be very professional and knowledgeable. If you are selling or buying a home we would recommend Connie Doto Realty Group in a heartbeat. Remember “Don’t make a move without Connie Doto Realty Group.”
Charlene Bazarian“She is very professional and will show you as many houses as it takes to find the right one!…”
Buying your first home can be a daunting task. Luckily for me Judy Speight was in my corner. She made the entire process easier, whether that meant dealing with normal everyday Realtor tasks or unexpected circumstances (which there were quite a few of). She is very professional and will show you as many houses as it takes to find the right one. I would recommend her in a heartbeat and not hesitate to call her once I am back on the market.
Heisny“Connie Doto Realty Group are the most educated group of people and very professional group you could have selling your home!…”
Well let me tell you, Connie Doto Realty Group are the most educated group of people and very professional group you could have selling your home. They work as a team and don’t miss a beat. Even when Connie Doto was in Hawaii she was in tune with all aspects of what was going on and I like I said she did not miss a beat, everything went very smooth. Not only is Connie a dear friend of mine she treats everyone the same, I love her and all her people that work for this great organization. I am very happy that we went with them. They even helped me with the house I bought on the Cape.
Thank you all sincerely
Tom and Judie Galant“She was very pleasant and friendly!

We have had the pleasure of working with Judy Speight recently when we purchased our new home. From the first time we met with Judy to list our condo in Methuen for rent to the final steps of signing the papers on our new home in Lancaster, we knew we were in good hands. Judy’s wealth of knowledge put us at ease and her warm and outgoing personality made it a breeze to work with her. She proved time and time again that she was looking out for us and wanted nothing but the best for us. We would recommend Judy to anyone looking to purchase or sell their home because having her by our side every step of the way was both a relief as well as a blessing.

Ed&Debbie“Judy went above and beyond time and time again!…”
My elderly mother recently purchased a condo in NH but before she could do so she had to sell her home in MA. Judy Speight was our agent for the purchase of the condo. Although she did not have much to do with the sale of my mom’s home; Judy would continuously check in, offer advice and point me in the right direction. The sale of my mom’s house was nothing short of a nightmare! Anything that could have gone wrong did! Judy was there every step of the way doing what she needed to do so that my mom would not lose the condo she wanted to purchase. Judy went above and beyond time and time again. She was always available for whatever we needed. Her caring personality always made us feel reassured that everything was going to turn out just fine. She was right, it did! I highly recommend Judy to anyone who is in the market to buy or sell. She is knowledgeable, friendly, proactive, and very helpful. She is a total gem!

James Santillo“We found Judy Speight at Connie Doto Realty Group and were so happy that we did!…”
My husband and I had attempted to sell our house for two consecutive years with another agent and agency with no success. We found Judy Speight at Connie Doto Realty Group and were so happy that we did! Our house sold within 3 days of being on the market!! She was so wonderful in trying to find a house for us to move into, and quickly. She really helped us narrow down what it was we wanted and needed, and would send us listings at all hours day or night. Judy was so quick to book viewings for us. Judy would even set up viewings on houses she thought we would like before we even saw them on the MLS listing, just to be sure we had our chance to get in before they sold. Judy is VERY proactive! She is great with communication and was very patient with us. On top of all of that we had SO MUCH FUN going to see houses with her. She is really funny and easy to talk to which really made us feel comfortable with her from the moment we met, and made the process so much nicer (since buying a house can be very stressful). I will definitely be looking to use her again if ever we sell our house in the future. She’s truly amazing!!

“We worked with Judy Speight for a couple of years prior to putting our house on the market and found her advice to be outstanding!…”
We worked with Judy Speight for a couple of years prior to putting our house on the market and found her advice to be outstanding. She recommended some changes that we needed to make to make our home more appealing and those ideas absolutely worked to perfection. During the selling process she was always available, sharing whatever information she had and was always more than accommodating to answer any question or quell any fear that we may have had. We would highly recommend Judy to anyone selling their home!
Barbara & Tom Hoye“I deliberately engaged Connie because of her market knowledge, work ethic, integrity, and communication!…”
I’ve known Connie Doto for almost 10 years. Her staff and she recently assisted me in selling and buying homes in Methuen and Amesbury. I deliberately engaged Connie because of her market knowledge, work ethic, integrity, and communication. Throughout these transactions, which closed on the same day, she consistently addressed all of my needs. I give Connie and her firm my highest recommendation.
Joe Lane“Your attention to details were on point always and most importantly looking out for our best interest!…”

ClaraI recently had the privilege of working with Judy Speight as my realtor when looking to purchase my first home. Judy’s knowledge about real estate is multi-faceted and she is most certainly able to do more than the average agent. I appreciated her ability to advise me pre and post home inspection; and when the seller’s agent was not being very accommodating, she was there to help and support me in every way possible. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Judy Speight to any person who is looking to buy or sell a home, as well as seek her service in any of my future real estate transactions. Judy was a pleasure to work with and I would consider her a friend going forward. Thank you in making my first time home buying experience a memorable one.
Thank you,
KathyAfter being in our first home for 20 years we decided to sell. We contacted Connie Doto Realty and met with Connie. She walked us through every phase of the process, and was helpful and thorough with everything including listing our house for $20K more than other realtors had told us. Our house sold in 7 days.
In turn, we used Judy Speight to purchase our new home. Judy was awesome to work with and she helped us find a new home quickly. Judy was always there for us, sometimes having to coach us so we did not make any hasty decisions. Because of Judy’s hard work, determination, follow-through, and high level of knowledge in the home buying process, our purchase went smoothly.
We are ecstatic about our new home and we highly recommend Connie Doto Realty and especially Judy Speight!
Thanks again Judy! Happy New Year!

My husband and I can not say enough about the incredible experience we had buying a house with Connie Doto. She was incredibly knowledgeable, dedicated and she listened to what we had to say, making suggestions and offering advice that helped us to find and buy our forever home. She communicated with us throughout the entire process in a way that made us feel as though we were her only clients. This was not our first time purchasing a home, but it was our first time using Connie and was by far the best experience we’ve had with a realtor! We would use Connie and her office again in a heartbeat and will recommend her to anyone we know looking for a new home. Thanks so much Connie.

As a 2nd time buyer I did some research and reached out to Connie Doto as I knew she had a very strong understanding of the current Real Estate market.
You always hope it is a pleasant experience as it was for me as Connie demonstrated with her wealth of knowledge.
I always felt through the process that Connie was 100% devoted to helping me find a great house.
Connie has a way of making you feel very comfortable throughout the process.
There were times in the process where she protected me from myself as it can be a very exciting time and you need to make the right decision –not based on emotions.
I feel blessed as I did find the perfect house for my family and I to enjoy for many years to come.
I found Connie to be extremely honest, experienced and just a top notch person.
It was a pleasure working with Connie and her staff as I will be forwarding prospective people and their Real Estate needs her way in the future.

I just wanted to take a moment to let you know what an absolute pleasure it was, working with Judy Speight, on the recent purchase of my Mother’s condo in Salem, NH. To say that it wasn’t an easy sale, involving lots of contingencies, would be an understatement. Judy is a consummate professional; she was always right on top of things ensuring she kept us updated on progress and kept in touch with us, communicating every step of the way. I would highly recommend Judy to friends and family for any future real estate dealings.

This is the second time Judy Speight has represented us in a real estate transaction and we will use her again and again as our next life adventures unfold. Judy priced our house perfectly for a a quick and easy sale. She fought for us on what seemed like small things and always made us feel like we were her most important client. We will miss our chats and updates on how the process was going. We consider Judy not just our real estate agent but our friend. We cant say enough good things about her and would highly recommend her.
Thanks Judy!

My home buying experiences with Connie began a couple of years ago with the purchase of a home. All went very smoothly and Connie’s knowledge base of the area, diligence, and attention to detail was impeccable. Fast forward a couple of years, Connie again was my first choice to get me into the house of my dreams and to sell my then home. Connie and her team were somehow able to always be one step ahead and ultimately see me through another sale and purchase. When the process seemed daunting, Connie was the eternal optimist and reassured me that everything would work out. She also sold my home within hours of listing. From market analysis, contract negotiations, and doing literally whatever it took to get both deals done, Connie was outstanding in terms of her ability to make it happen !! Highly recommend this broker and friend for your next real estate transaction. She is truly the BEST around !!!

Deb, I can not thank you enough for all your help through this process and for the kind card and gift card. It will go to good use! Looking for a house seemed intimidating at first, but you truly made the process fun, easy and very educational. My parents didn’t hesitate in recommending you and I can see why. Thanks to you I’m now a homeowner!

Deb, Thank you so much for all your help and hardwork through this process and for the gift cards! Buying our first place was definitely intimidating in the beginning, but you made the whole process so easy from start to finish! Joe and I could not be happier or more excited to begin our journey in the real estate world and we look forward to a long friendship and partnership with you!
Best, Taylor Hough
Beverly Borrelli was very instrumental in the selling of two homes and assisting in the closing of two new homes. She went way beyond just helping to get clients to see both homes. Helping with paperwork, radon testing, and making me feel comfortable, and reassuring me that my homes would sold in a reasonable amount of time. The first house sold back in 2012, in three weeks! The second home sold in March 2016, in less than a day and a half! As a matter of fact. Connie Doto Realty Group are all helpful, courteous and friendly!

Judy Speight is an outstanding Realtor with qualities that go above and beyond. She not only helped me sell my house, find a temporary house to rent then finally found a beautiful house to buy. The process was easier with Judy because she is very organized, assertive and her experience of knowledge in the real estate market. Not to mention how friendly and kind she was to me and my family.

After looking for the perfect house for a while, I was lucky enough to come across the perfect realtor who showed me the perfect house. When my dream home came on the market, I reached out to the listing office at Connie Doto Realty Group and my call was promptly returned by realtor Ms. Assunta Perez. Ms. Perez showed me the house and efficiently led me through the process of making an offer, home inspection, financing and was always in contact with me as we anxiously awaited the closing. Assunta answered all of my questions in a timely manner along the way, was kind, compassionate and has a great sense of humor. I would highly recommend Assunta to anyone beginning the home buying process. She will not only meet your expectations, but exceed them. Assunta is a professional realtor: Respectful, Ethical, Accessible, Likeable, Trustworthy, Obliging, Reliable and an asset to the Connie Doto Realty Group. I am so happy that I had the pleasure of working with Assunta & I am confident you would as well.
Christopher CodyWe wanted to take a moment to thank Assunta for not only being the best real estate agent, but for being a wonderful and trusted advisor! Being a first time home buyer is about the scariest thing we have ever done… My fiancé and I were naïve and needed someone that we could put all of our faith and trust into. Assunta was that person for sure! Not only did she search for and find us the perfect house, she stuck with us every step of the way! Our constant (and probably annoying questions) never went unanswered! She made sure that everything went smoothly for the walk-through and the closing and was always our number one advocate! Truly, Assunta helped to make this first time home buying process a lot less scary and stressful by always being there for us whenever we called and by always sharing her knowledge with us. We couldn’t be happier in our beautiful new home and we wouldn’t be here if it wasn’t for her!
Brandon Bannon & Jackie CucuzzaWe are so glad we sold our home with Connie! She really knows her stuff! She realistically priced our home to sell, and we had multiple offers within days of posting it, which is exactly what we were hoping for! She understood our current circumstances and really helped move everything along as quickly as possible. Connie is a direct, no response person which we really appreciated and she was upfront with all our expectations. One of our favorite things about Connie was, through-out it all, she made us feel like were were priority #1. She was always available and extremely responsive to all our needs and to all our questions, no matter what time of day. (does this woman sleep?). We absolutely look forward to working with Connie in the future.
Jeff&Michelle LemayWe had a great experience with Connie Doto Realty when we sold our home this past spring. We owned our home for over 40 years so this was a very emotional experience for us. Connie and her staff were sensitive and supportive all the way while we went through the process. From beginning to end, Connie was a professional, caring and focused. She responded promptly to our calls and questions no matter what time of day. She always kept us informed and advised us well. Her experiences and instincts were always right on. The house sold in less a month and very close to our asking price. We were thrilled! I would highly recommend Connie Doto Realty to anyone who is interested in excellent service and a company with warm highly reputable and professional people. Thanks Connie for a great job.
Peg and Dennis Thibault“We had an amazing experience with Connie Doto, principal of Connie Doto Realty group, as our realtor. She sold our home quickly and negotiated a great price. She did everything she promised and we were thrilled with the added touches such as her staff scheduling and handling the smoke detector inspection, getting the required 6D certification, and staying on top of realtors and lawyers to keep the process moving along smoothly. She even helped us to negotiate with the buyer for the purchase of some of our furniture. But most importantly, Connie is easy to work with. She is a great communicator and a savvy negotiator with years of experience she brings to the table. This clearly helped us to sell our home quickly to a qualified buyer at the highest possible price with the least amount of stress possible. We highly recommend Connie Doto and the Connie Doto Realty group !”
Barbara GrantHi Judy,
Thank you so much for making this huge transition easier than we expected. Never thought you would sell our home so quickly and to such wonderful people. Your advice, knowledge and patience throughout the process set our mind at ease knowing we were in good hands.
Again thank you and we would highly recommend you Judy Speight!
Larry and DorisHey Judy just finished moving into my new home and wanted to say thanks to you and Colleen for all your help. You were so honest and straight forward with me throughout my search to find the perfect home. Colleen made it easy for me by always being there to answer my questions about how the whole lending aspect works. You were there for me to help with how the whole home ownership part worked. Together you two gave me an awesome experience in buying a home and I’ll definitely be giving your name out Judy Speight if anyone is ever in search for a home. Thank you so much!!
Angel HerpinWe were thrilled to have Beverly Borrelli from Connie Doto Realty Group as our agent in assisting us in selling our home. She is very professional and knowledgeable and was always available to answer all our questions. She put us at ease throughout the whole process. She is the best! Thank you very much Beverly and Connie Doto Realty.
Richard & Lori TremblayAssunta was professional in handling both the sale of our existing home and in the purchase of our new home. She always stayed focused on our objectives and guided us through the process of selling/buying a home. She was great in helping us to understand Real Estate terminology and helping us step by step along the way. We would recommend Assunta to others and would welcome her as our agent in the future should be need a Real Estate agent.
Mark & Pam GeislerConnie Doto is the best in the business! Highly recommend Connie Doto Realty Group to anyone looking to make a move. She was very helpful and available at every step of the way. She made the whole process easy and stress free.
Professional, reliable, dependable, genuine, These are just a few words to describe Assunta Perez, and our tremendous experience working with her when buying our home this year. Assunta worked tirelessly day/night willing to drop everything to show up homes, to provide guidance and to be patient. (we were first time home buyers) if you want an agent that will do anything and everything for her client, that will have tremendous understanding of the market and homes, then look no further than Assunta Perez.
Robert S CuzziIf you want someone who is smart and tough but also someone you can trust this is it.
I cant say enough good things about Assunta. She really helped me out of a jam when I was trying to sell my condo in Lowell. Assunta was not only my agent but a trusted adviser. She even proved to be an assertive advocate for my best interests as we navigated through all the details involved in selling a condo. I never felt like I was in it alone because I had Assunta on my side. I can’t go through all the details of how she helped me out, but believe me when I say that she really came through for my family. Also, having an agent who is also a lawyer-definitely a plus!! Assuntas expertise with the law allowed me to make the most informed decisions possible.Connie was very easy to deal with. Showed us every house we wanted to see. Paid very close detail to any problems with houses and was very informative. She worked with us when we sold and bought and I recommend her to anyone. Also she is very experienced and knew what she is doing.
Brian RobertsConnie Doto Is extraordinary. She is extremely knowledgeable professional and responsive . She works tirelessly for her clients. I’ve worked with her for many years now with multiple transactions and she is truly superb. I have the utmost faith in her, she has integrity.
LauranMarianoCheyenne was a great pleasure to work with. Her easy going hands on personality and quick responsiveness made it possible for me to find just the right Multi-Family I was looking for. There isn’t good enough things I could say about her. Having worked with other realtors in the past I can say she by far exceeded them. Cheyenne will always be my first choice for any other home purchase, and my first recommendation for anyone looking to do the same.
J MendoncaI recently bought a home in Bradford. I was very nervous about doing so. I am so thankful to Judy Speight for finding the perfect place.
Judy walked me through every step of the way. Now I am a proud owner of a beautiful condo close to family and my job.
Thank you so much Judy!
YOUR THE BEST!
Kathie GiardI’m not sure if my wife and I would’ve got the house of our dreams if it wasn’t for Assunta. My wife emailed her Sunday night about a house that has just come on the market. Assunta got us an appointment to see it the following afternoon, a day ahead of everyone else who was gunning for it. Long story short, Assunta guided us through a sensible offer (pretty sure the wife and I would’ve signed over or lives for it) and now we are proud owners of a beautiful home for a great deal. Cant thank her enough!
Going into this experience as first time homebuyers we were very unsure and overwhelmed. Working with Assunta quickly eased all of our worries and made this process feel not only manageable but incredibly straight forward and easy! Assunta is very knowledgeable and wants to help you find the right home for your needs. There was never any pressure to buy, she was always available to answer any questions (lots and lots of questions!) and to help in any way that she could. Assunta was able to help us make our dream of owning a home a reality and we cannot thank her enough! It was an absolute pleasure working with her.
Connie Doto Realty Group in Methuen are highly skilled and knowledgeable. The best of the best. Sold our property in no time and are working hard to sell another listing of ours. Never had an agent that worked so hard to sell our properties. Both and her and Assunta Perez have made the selling process nearly painless. Assunta who is also a lawyer has handled most of the legal paperwork and closing for free. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this group to anyone looking to buy or sell.
Connie makes you feel like you are her one and only client. She is very knowledgeable of the market, professional, and efficient. Through the purchase and sale of my condo and the purchase of my home, there is no one Id rather have by my side. Connie has gone above and beyond to help me find the best property of my needs. She has always been available for any questions even after closing. She starts out as the best co worker you have ever worked with and ends up a friend. I highly recommend Connie for all of your real estate needs.
Alyson TraficanteConnie made the process of selling my home very stress less. She was able to get buyers properly so there were no delays in the process. She priced the property appropriately so that we had several offers in a short amount of time. If you are looking for a low maintenance realtor, Connie is perfect. Anyone looking to buy or sell should contact her. I highly recommend her and I have dealt with many other realtors in the past.
Connie did a great job selling my home and finding our new condo for us. She is very professional and knowledgeable in all aspects of her business. She was a pleasure to work with, if you want your house sold quickly and without stress I highly recommend you contact Connie and her capable Staff!!!
C ParentI owned my home for 16 years and needed to sell so I could move in and assist a relative. I had attempted to sell it in the past with no luck, but found myself needing to now. Steven Thornhill came highly recommended so I contacted him with little hope due to the current market situation. He suggested I put it on for more money than I had thought I could possibly get. After the first showing an offer came in for even more than we had put it on for! From then on through the selling process he made great suggestions and kept me informed of every step in a very professional manner. I’m not sure how he did it but he certainly went above and beyond with working his magic. He was really knowledgeable and very prompt with communication. If anyone asks for a recommended realtor I will always say Steven Thornhill.
We have had the opportunity to work with Judy Speight both when we rented out our condo 3 years ago and again recently when we sold the same property. The decision to contact Judy this second time around was an easy one, as she was so professional and knowledgeable the first time we worked with her. Well, this time around was no different. Judy has been with us every step of the way, guiding us along as we dealt with a difficult sale of our property. Without Judy by our side, I don’t think our outcome of selling our condo at a favorable price and in such a timely manner would have been able to be possible. Judy has become like family to us and we’re so grateful that she came into our lives. She is class act.
Matthew and Maria BourgeoisHiring Assunta Perez of Connie Doto Realty Group is perhaps the best decision that my husband and I made when we decided to sell our rental properties. Being a broker and a lawyer; she saved us the trouble of hiring a lawyer and prepared most of the documents needed without charge. She is a go-getter who does everything she can to sell a property. Knowledgeable and determined, she is perhaps one of the best brokers in the business. Not only personable but easy going, she takes the stress out of selling your property. I would highly recommend her services to anybody.
Susan HoehnI recently purchased a home in the Merrimack Valley with my realtor, Judy Speight she was great! The amount of follow up and follow through that she had to deal with and the constant back and forth with most sales. Judy had my best interests in mind through all the negotiations and did her very best to help .The closing took more than three weeks than planned due to seller and bank issues and Judy handled this with professionalism and tenacity. I would gladly call Judy again in a heartbeat if I had to buy or sell again. She a good realtor, I will recommend her to everyone I know, friends and family thank you for everything you did for us!
You will be in good hands with Judy Speight of Connie Doto Realty!

Hi Judy,
I just wanted to take this time to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for helping us find our dream home! You were available to us day and night and you really made this process as smooth as it could be.
We really appreciate all that you’ve done for us.
Meghan and RyanJudy Speight made herself available anytime we emailed, called or even texted. All documentation was provided to us, a few times because we missed placed some of the forms but she resend them just in case. Everything that took place was explained thoroughly and it really made the process a lot easier! It felt like she really wanted what was best for us, as our own parents would do!! Even when we thought we were not going to be able to find our dream home, Judy stuck with us and continued to provide more information to us as it became available. We would love to do business with her again!!”
The ReedsI stumbled upon Judy Speight completely by random but surely not by accident. I can’t say enough nice things about my experience working with her. From the second I met Judy I felt completely at ease and knew she was someone I could trust and count on. I never felt for one second that her priority was to get a sale. Off the bat she wanted to ensure that she had a complete understanding of all the working parts before even considering putting my house on the market. It was evident she truly cared about the best interest of my family above all else and that meant the world to me. Judy has such a genuine way about her it is impossible to miss. She is trustworthy, knowledgeable and truly a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Judy for anyone looking to buy or sell property.
Kristyn DanieliConnie Doto, Is great and we have used Connie for several years and she just sold our latest house in record time. JenMy experience with Connie Doto Realty Group was great; specifically working with Judy Speight. Judy worked endlessly to find exactly what I was looking for. She made a difficult market and a stressful time a lot easier and more enjoyable than I believe most realtors would have been willing to do. She cares about her clients, not just the sale. We went to dozens of listings and she gave her honest opinions where they were needed the most. She never tried to talk me into anything and respected how meticulous I was on finding the right house, as I was a first time home buyer. She is very knowledgeable and is always willing to go the extra mile to ensure everything goes smoothly. I will always refer anyone I know that is trying to buy or rent in MA or NH to Judy Speight. She deserves a 5 Star rating!

C&G Christopher“As our realtor, Judy Speight helped us find the right house in the right neighborhood for the right price. We weren’t entirely sure what the home buying process would entail and how much work it would take, but Judy was very informative, and you could tell right off the bat that she knew her career and had our best interests in mind. Throughout the past several months we could not be happier on how we were treated by her. Judy has been there every step of the way she was always on our side making our house purchase simple and successful as possible. She has always answered every phone call/ email/ text/ no matter what time of day or night it was giving us good advice. Her professionalism, knowledge, honesty, and hard work ethic showed from the beginning and all the way to the closing process. These qualities are much respected and appreciated we never felt that she was just trying to sell us a home. We were very confident using her and have already recommended her to several of our friends and family and will continue to do so. Thank you so much we love you! Doug & Noelle Manchester, NH”

Timothy & Carol WisdomThe moment I chose Heidi Roy to help me sell my late parents home , I knew I had made the right decision. She kept the promises that she made to me from the advertising of the home to giving me up to the minute updates on showings, offers as they came in, and then once the P&S was signed, kept me informed on everything right up to the closing date. Heidi made the emotional process of selling my parents house on an easier one. She was very caring. I would highly recommend Heidi Roy to anyone.
